Zur Domtreppe in Havelberg

We were there in the evening of September and got a table without a reservation. Only the outside area is open and only in good weather. Due to Corona, the indoor area is currently not open. Price / performance ratio very good, food tasty, short waiting time. The kitchen closes when it gets dark.

Looks a lot like a shack. Unfortunately, I can't judge the quality of the food, as we were turned away quite harshly (everything was full).

Pretty rude. We were there on luck. It was all full. They didn't want us to wait and they didn't want us to reserve anything. Pretty listless there.

We liked the little menu and that's why we went to the garden. Here too, "small" surprised us positively. The food was to our liking. Concerning. We couldn't complain about the service, others rather. Maybe the lady of the house was tired of the season? 🤔

We wanted to reserve a table, also on the advice of some customers of the cathedral stairs, I called an hour before the restaurant opened and received information from an annoyed lady that the restaurant was heavily frequented by customers and therefore she could not reserve a table. We'd have to stop by and ask if a table is free. That was too cumbersome for us, we then went to another restaurant!

Food is delicious (not high cuisine, but authentic). You can feel it on the owner's private terrace. Beautiful view. The music is missing and the waitress / owner with the short dark hair was a bit grumpy that day. Would go back again and again!

Small, cozy beer garden with good home-style cooking (regional cuisine) Cabbage roll, game and if you like it even horse ... Reserve a table recommended!

It's a shame that I have to award a star. We have never been turned away so rudely. Tuesday, July 28th About 19.00. We, 4 people, wanted to eat comfortably. At the entrance we were received in a completely unfriendly way. When we asked for a table, we only got a shake of our head in response. Oh yes, the lady also rolled her eyes ..... how dare we ask for a table in a restaurant. The management should part with this lady, we have never seen anything like it. No recommendation !!!!!

Although at least a third of the tables were still free, there was no service on Saturday evening. Yes, even a good evening or the question of what you would like was not asked, only a shake of the head and pointing to the door was included. So it won't be with guests when Corona is over, why don't you see the current situation as an opportunity and act accordingly? The restaurateurs in this area can't be that bad. This restaurant will never see me again. The beer garden is reminiscent of a misappropriated private garden. Lt. On the menu, the fish doesn't seem to be fresh or local - but it's just a guess.

Have eaten here twice and were very satisfied each time. Small menu with very tasty dishes in an idyllic location. I would recommend a reservation as there are not many seats. We'd love to come back 😋.

Very tasty and a good portion. Not too big and not too small. The selection of the menu is unfortunately quite small. But sufficient if you have no special requests. Overall, the food is very tasty, you can't complain about it.

Exceptionally delicious food with fresh ingredients. Nice ambience in the garden and good service. Unfortunately it started to rain and our beautiful evening was over much too early. Many thanks.

Discovered this delightful little garden restaurant today! Beautiful Havel and cathedral view! Service very courteous ... so really nice and the food was super delicious and very rich! Great value for money! Again any time

Inconspicuous from the outside. A very nice restaurant with a small but very good map. Here the boss cooks even for us that perfectly. We recommend.
